Gail is an outstanding real estate agent. I am a first time buyer and she helped me throughout the entire process! She was able to make a complicated process seem simple. Her vast amount of experience was very evident and made me feel confident that she was going to get me the best deal out there, and she did! She was extremely reliable, I would recommend Gail to everyone - she is great. It was clear that she cared about getting us a great house, and a great deal. She fully invested herself into our home buying experience, and I trusted her judgment 100%. Look no further for a real estate agent because Gail is the best out there!

One word to describe Gail Sevacko...Professional. My husband and I had Gail as a realtor three times. She helped us sell our first property and have a new construction built simultaneously. When we decided to get orders away from the area she helped us sell that property as well, when the market was terrible we still ended up ok because her negotiation skills are amazing.

Gail was extremely helpful while walking us through our first home purchase! We even lived out of state and the process was a breeze! We were very nervous about purchasing and this was so easy because Gail answered our questions quickly, sent us any information and our paperwork ASAP. When the military moves us again down the road we hope to use her again!

When we needed contractors to remedy home inspection concerns, she gave us advice on several competent contractors. They responded in a quick turn around time and corrected issues which help us close with our current buyer! Both my husband and I are very grateful to Gail for all her hard work and we will always consider her a dear friend!
